Problem with width of Video Pod (728x90) co-ad. Custom solution?

Due to the set width on our page, I am unable to have the companion ad 300x250 work correctly using the Video Pod (728x90) format.

Basically, the 300x250 ad is being cut off by about 50 pixels. I tried passing a 250x250 ad unit back to the player instead, hoping that would work, but it seems that the player is stretching out that asset into a 300x250 (as you can see in the screenshot). 

Is there any way to have the player use a 250x250 ad unit as it's companion "expandedBanner" ad instead? 

Any other suggestions?

Nevermind.

We solved this by changing the template to align=left.
