Custom Player Example - Player Controls
We've got another new custom player example, created by Jamie Gledhill, a UK-based Senior Technical Consultant for Brightcove. The player template loads a SWF that displays an overlay for the player's video selection and playback
controls. Thumbnails of the videos in a single playlist are scattered across the
display area like snapshots. Viewers select a video by clicking on a
thumbnail. Mousing over the video display area pauses the video and
enables selecting a video; moving the mouse off of the video display
area plays or resumes play of the selected video. This example also demonstrate the use of a hidden TabBar and List
component to program a playlist into the player. Check out the example and see how it was created.
