I have not been able to publish a player since I signed it at around 1PM and preexisting players embedded in web pages have disappeared. No one from BC has responded to my support ticket (or follow up). There don't seem to be any updates on the service status page -- am I the only one experiencing this issue? Everything was working yesterday, didn't change anything on my end.
If someone from BC sees this...can you please reply? If I am doing something wrong with my account management, I need to fix it ASAP and could use the help. If something is wrong with the system I need to know if I have to speak to clients who are waiting for videos to let them know that there will be delays (hopefully not the case).

I am sorry to hear this- are things fine now? Let me know if not and I will escalate this. I did not hear about any production issues like this, so even if it has stopped happening, if you could provide the times this went on that would be helpful so I can check this out.
