I've tried a bunch of smart players and it seems like the only ones that work on iPhone 4 / iOS 5 is the chromeless single title player. As far as I can tell, videos in all other templates do NOT work. All the players still work fine on a co-workers iPhone 3G / iOS 4.
I'm guessing that the iOS 5 update broke smart players on iPhones. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this a known issue, and if so is there any sort of timetable on a fix?
I was surprised to see that they still work on my iPad 2 which is also on iOS 5, perhaps because it uses quicktime to play the videos?

We are aware of an issue with HTML players with playlists with iOS 5.0 and we are currently testing a fix. Do you have a link to your player? I just want to make sure it is the same issue.

Yes... By the way after I posted here I ended up submitting it (along with some examples) as a support request and I got a response saying they were aware of the issue and were working on it.
I also noticed after I posted yesterday that our regular single title players (non-chromeless) were actually working, so it does seem to be just the playlist players that are broken in iOS5 iPhones.
Thanks for the response!

Yes, I am having the same issue with our player on iPhone 4S and iPhone4 running IOS5. My iPad 1 running IOS5 works fine though. We have 400 titles in our library and our clients are starting to call in as they upgrade their iPhones and our streaming service fails for them. I am hoping a solution is close at hand.

We released a fix for this bug last night. Please let us know if you still see issues.

Hey-
I'm still having playback issues actually across all of our players on my iPad 2 with iOS 5. Is there anything we have to do to enable the bug fix? These are the same problems I was having yesterday.

confirm that our playlist players seem to be working again on my iPhone. Unfortunately I don't have my iPad 2 here to test ckierce's problem, but for me none of our players broke on my iPad with the iOS update, it was only my iPhone that was having problems.
Ckierce, did you try my sample link in my last post on your iPad? It works fine on my iPhone now.

I just tried our players on a co-worker's first gen iPad running iOS 5, they all play fine here.
