I read from an earlier post that there was a 24 hour delay on getting video play counts but it has been a few days and I'm not seeing any of the views showing up. The views are showing up in the analytics though. I was wondering if it's backed up or if something else is going on.

I can confirm that we did experience an issue with the playsTotal and playsTrailingWeek properties not updating within Media API calls. To our knowledge, the issue lasted 3 days where these values did not update and should now be resolved. We will keep an eye on the calls to make sure they are working properly. Has this issue been resolved. The 'totalPlays' and 'playsTrailingWeek' still returns 'nil'. The analytics module is getting updated though.

This issue should be resolved and should not have been consistently returning '0' for your Videos. It would be best to send your Media API call to our Support team so they can troubleshoot the call with you one-on-one without having to post your token on the public forums.
