I've uploaded 180 videos using the manifest batch upload, but have noticed that the auto-generated thumbnails and stills look pretty bad. In the past I've updated these manually by uploading images and thumbs manually, but the same manifest I've used previously isn't working now.
<title name="ACT Science: How to Interpret Variables and Patterns"
refid="SAT_S2r.mov-n1"
video-full-refid="SAT_S2r.mov-n1"
active="TRUE"
thumbnail-refid="SAT_S2_1r.jpg"
video-still-refid="SAT_S2_1r.jpg">
<short-description>Text Here</short-description>
</title>
I keep getting back the error:
"The 'video-full-refid' attribute 'SAT_S2r.mov-n1' for title 'ACT Science: How to Interpret Variables and Patterns' cannot reference an asset that has the attribute 'encode-multiple if the title already exists"
Why is it that this worked perfectly fine two months ago, and what do I need to do differently now to update the images on these videos?

Do you have an asset tag defined in the manifest that matches that reference id?
